Inbound Sales Representative Associate

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will work within the Customer Support vertical, handling employee, customer and vendor queries while ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for clients primarily in the US region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inbound customer queries, escalations and complaints.
• Close faults and complaints within defined SLA targets.
• Provide support across multiple channels: 60‑70% phone calls, the remainder via email and chat.
• Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and assign incidents and service requests.
• Restore normal service operations quickly for non‑voice interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.

Required profile

• Any graduate with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones (IST).
• Previous experience in customer or employee support is a plus.
