Inbound Sales Representative Associate

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative Associate to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will support customers, employees and vendors through a blend of voice and non‑voice channels, primarily serving the US market on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via calls, email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Manage escalations and complaints, delivering appropriate solutions while meeting SLA targets.
• Record, diagnose, troubleshoot and assign incidents or service requests in line with defined support scope.
• Restore normal service operations quickly for non‑voice interactions such as email, web and chat.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close faults and complaints within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Graduates from any discipline with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with IST timing.
• Logical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
