About the role
We are seeking an experienced In‑House Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will manage a broad portfolio of civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitration matters, representing the company before high courts and tribunals.
Key responsibilities
- Appear before High Courts, Supreme Court, Arbitration forums and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
- Handle court appearances, filings, and develop litigation strategies.
- Draft legal notices, petitions, replies, agreements, applications and other required documents.
- Coordinate with senior counsels, external advocates and internal clients.
- Manage ongoing litigation matters and ensure timely compliance with court orders.
Required profile
- Strong experience in litigation and court appearances.
- Excellent drafting and legal research abilities.
- Ability to independently handle matters before courts and tribunals.
- Good understanding of civil, commercial, corporate and arbitration law.
- Confidence in client handling and case management.
