About the role
We are seeking immediate hires for ground staff positions at Kochi Airport. The roles involve interacting with passengers and supporting airport operations in both the ground handling and cargo departments. The positions are full‑time and require on‑site presence at the airport premises.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding and inquiries as a Customer Service Associate.
- Maintain guest relationships and ensure a positive experience for travelers.
- Support cargo handling activities, including documentation and coordination.
- Uphold airport safety and service standards through proper grooming and professional conduct.
Required profile
- Ground staff: minimum high school education (HS) or above.
- Cargo department: at least 10th grade education.
- Strong communication abilities and good personal grooming.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary: INR 25,000 – 45,000 for ground staff roles.
- INR 19,000 – 35,000 for cargo positions.
