Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer – Saviynt

About the role

PwC’s cybersecurity advisory team is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer to design, configure and extend enterprise IGA solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to secure access to systems and data for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA.
• Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST‑based applications.
• Develop Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning processes.
• Set up access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Create custom integrations, rules and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement role‑based access control (RBAC) models aligned with business needs.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and provide effort estimations.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
