IB PYP Homeroom Teacher – Jaipur, Rajasthan

About the role

We are looking for a passionate IB PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our non‑residential school in Jaipur. The successful candidate will create an inquiry‑driven classroom that aligns with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and supports the holistic development of each student.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess learning experiences in line with the IB PYP framework.
• Facilitate concept‑driven, student‑centered inquiry and integrate technology to enhance learning.
• Encourage students to demonstrate IB Learner Profile attributes and Approaches to Learning skills.
• Monitor progress, maintain academic records, and prepare student portfolios.
• Conduct parent‑teacher conferences and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and programme development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject area.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of primary‑education teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience teaching within the IB PYP framework.
