Hybrid Collateral Project Manager – Treasury & Liquidity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hybrid Collateral Project Manager who will lead Treasury and Collateral product initiatives, combining project management and business analysis expertise. The role involves IT integration, Agile delivery, and stakeholder coordination across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology and Control functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Treasury and Collateral initiatives, developing detailed project plans, tracking progress and managing risks.
• Facilitate cross‑functional working groups, ensuring collaboration between business, technology and control functions.
• Apply Agile principles to drive iterative development, produce user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate IT solutions with existing Treasury and Collateral systems while minimizing disruption.
• Produce high‑quality BA artefacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data mappings and business rules.
• Support UAT planning and execution, define test scenarios, coordinate defect triage and obtain business sign‑off.

Required profile

• 12–25 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk and Collateral Loans/Securities products.
• Proven track record of IT integration projects within financial services.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and project governance (planning, RAID management, reporting).
• Experience running cross‑functional working groups and presenting to senior management.

Required skills

• BPMN or equivalent process‑mapping techniques.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related delivery artefacts.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• BRD/FRD documentation and requirements elicitation.
