Human Resources Manager (Remote)

About the role

Relaxo Domeswear LLP is seeking a full‑time Remote Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function across multiple locations. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring the company attracts, retains and develops talent while maintaining compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement processes.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Manage compensation, benefits and HR analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal standards across all sites.
• Coach and support managers on people‑related matters and handle employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate reports for leadership and contribute to HR projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Proven track record in performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance and grievance handling.
• Ability to design and manage compensation, benefits and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG or healthcare sectors and familiarity with multi‑location workforces is beneficial.
