Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in Calicut. The role will align HR strategies with business objectives, oversee recruitment, nurture a positive work culture, and manage daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, develop and implement company policies and employee handbooks in compliance with labour regulations, and advise senior leadership on organisational design and performance management.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, partner with department heads to define staffing needs, and design structured onboarding programmes for new hires.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and drive employee‑engagement initiatives, team‑building activities and recognition programmes.
• Manage the performance appraisal cycle, help managers set KPIs, and identify training needs to organise professional development programmes.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant Master’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and best practices in HR management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS tools.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
