Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and hands‑on HR Manager to partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team. The role will lead our manpower scaling strategy, design a performance management system for project environments, drive employee engagement and ensure labour compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to hire specialized design engineers, MEP project managers, safety engineers, and certified site technicians across Pune and client sites.
• Build and implement a structured KRA/KPI framework for technical and managerial roles, establishing clear appraisal cadences and accountability.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, drive career progression initiatives, and implement retention strategies to minimize field and office attrition.
• Coach and mentor mid‑level technical heads to transition smoothly into effective team leaders.
• Oversee labour contractor compliance, site discipline, and adherence to Maharashtra labour regulations.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of core HR leadership experience, preferably within engineering projects, MEP, fire protection, construction, or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi for effective communication with office, site teams, and local stakeholders.
• MBA or Master’s in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent degree.
• Proven track record of building teams from scratch, implementing performance management frameworks, and managing site‑based technical talent.
• Based in or willing to work on‑site in Pune.
