Human Resources (HR) Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Executive to join our growing CRM & AI company in Pune. You will support recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Create and post job vacancies on Internshala, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities and preparation of offer, appointment and warning letters.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment databases, HR documentation and employee files.
• Support attendance, leave management and address basic employee queries.
• Prepare HR communications and support employee engagement activities.
• Help maintain HR policies, processes and ensure confidentiality of information.

Required profile

• Proactive and responsible attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR tasks.
• Good communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
