About the role

JRD Systems is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions and align people strategy with business objectives. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee the recruitment team.
• Design and maintain performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll plans.
• Identify training needs, create development programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide HR metrics and decision‑support reporting to senior management.
• Ensure legal compliance across all HR activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
