Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the Personnel Department at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role supports the Director of Human Resources in applying Hyatt’s People Philosophy across the hotel, balancing the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures consistent with Hyatt standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws and hotel regulations.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, HR Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices and local labour legislation.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
