Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our fast‑growing Electric Two‑Wheeler (E2W) division. Reporting to senior business heads, you will drive recruitment, employee relations and compliance across our Coimbatore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the E2W division, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct employee induction, maintain documentation and ensure accurate employee records.
• Oversee attendance tracking, payroll inputs, leave management and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with business heads to forecast and fulfil manpower needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies and relevant labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile or retail sector.
• Strong recruitment and employee‑relations capabilities.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRMS software.
