About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR activities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices to enhance the workforce.

Key responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new hires
Conduct performance management and provide feedback
Manage payroll and employee benefits

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting ability and proven talent acquisition improvements
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Attention to detail and sound judgment
