About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function at Hyatt Regency Dehradun, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role supports the Director of Human Resources in embedding the People Philosophy across all hotel operations while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and off‑boarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices consistent with Hyatt standards.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, HR Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a sizable operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
