Human Resources Manager – Hotel Pre‑Opening

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to shape a positive culture as we launch a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Jalandhar. You will be responsible for building an empowering environment that drives exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement programmes that foster a positive work environment for all team members.
• Support and administer the annual employee satisfaction survey.
• Welcome, orient and onboard new staff members.
• Develop creative initiatives to inspire and motivate the team.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some college coursework in Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
