Human Resources Intern (Remote)

About the role

BlockDeliver is building a decentralized, blockchain‑based content delivery network. We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our recruiting and campus outreach efforts while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with campus outreach and identify students interested in blockchain clubs.
• Establish relationships with university professors and academic advisors.
• Help plan and execute club events and talent‑community activities.
• Source candidates through texting, email, social recruiting and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and design interview processes.
• Analyse which colleges provide the best talent for our staffing needs.
• Perform other HR‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program and able to commit ~20 hours per week.
• At least one year of recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, authenticity and empathy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest or knowledge of blockchain technology.
