About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to lead recruitment and talent acquisition for our growing travel & tourism business. The role will support the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to engagement, ensuring a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and record keeping.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and maintenance of employee records.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support management in building a high‑performance work culture.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, with proven recruitment and employee management exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of HR processes and workplace policies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
