Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations for SOUKMEDIA’s New Delhi office. This full‑time position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and communications while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with Indian labour laws.
• Support employee relations, address concerns, and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with performance‑management cycles.
• Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with leadership on learning and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR data, prepare periodic reports, and act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in HR and HR management with end‑to‑end HR experience.
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and ability to draft and update policies.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or marketing‑focused organization is beneficial.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
• Experience with HR software tools.
