Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people‑oriented HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations and support talent acquisition across Oswar Rotocorp, a Japanese engineering and manufacturing firm based in Jaipur.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection coordination, and offer follow‑up.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
• Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, induction, documentation and employee orientation for new hires.
• Operate and maintain the company’s HRMS software, ensuring accurate employee information, attendance, leave and records.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation and handle day‑to‑day employee queries.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, training, development and retention initiatives.
• Prepare periodic HR reports, recruitment dashboards, attendance reports and management MIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and/or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee‑related matters professionally.
• Comfortable managing multiple recruitment and HR tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms.
• Use of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job portals.
