Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support the HR team and management in handling employee relations, recruitment compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations at our Vatika Complex location. This full‑time, onsite position is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys interacting with staff and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and resolving employee relations issues, providing follow‑up and documentation.
• Support management and leadership with HR queries, policy interpretation, and guidance.
• Ensure recruitment and hiring processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Coordinate logistics for annual employee surveys and other HR initiatives.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional front‑desk support.
• Help managers with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
