About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join the Corporate HR team of Saudi Shawaya. The role focuses on people management within the restaurant and hospitality sector, handling recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
- Oversee attendance, leave management and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and compliance activities.
- Handle general HR operations and ensure adherence to policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
