Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR team in day‑to‑day administration, onboarding, and benefits management for a fast‑growing organization in Gurgaon. This is a contract position based in the office, ideal for candidates with at least one year of HR experience and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, print, and distribute employee letters and maintain HR policy manuals.
• Coordinate Day‑1 induction and onboarding activities, including joining kits and induction sessions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoice and purchase‑order processing, courier management, and stationery tracking.
• Submit regular reports and trackers to the HR Manager for audit and sign‑off.
• Maintain monthly payroll recovery tracker and support internal and external audits.
• Assist the CHRM and direct reports with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and other admin duties.
• Manage the Pluxee Meal and Gift coupon program end‑to‑end.
• Oversee group insurance policies, including data endorsement, claim coordination, vendor performance, invoice processing, and renewal support.
• Organize employee wellness activities in partnership with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask.
