About the role

The Human Resources Consultant will work on‑site in Bhopal, providing strategic HR advice to management and ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives. This full‑time position focuses on policy design, workforce planning, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on HR best practices and organizational development.
• Design, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance and practicality.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition, especially for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment processes, facilitate onboarding, and guide performance‑management practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to build an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
• Align HR initiatives with overall business goals and support talent growth.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management with experience supporting organizational needs.
• Ability to design, review, and implement compliant HR policies.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within IT or technology environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a collaborative setting.
