Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to lead the full people agenda for a fast‑growing, distributed wellness and skincare startup. Reporting directly to the Founder and leadership team, you will shape hiring, development, retention and reward strategies across multiple states and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for sales, medical, operations and tech roles, building region‑specific sourcing pipelines.
• Own employer branding and candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer.
• Design and run scalable performance management cycles, including quarterly check‑ins and annual reviews.
• Partner with managers to set measurable goals, identify high performers and manage underperformance fairly.
• Assess training needs, create an annual L&D calendar and deliver onboarding programmes.
• Oversee payroll processing and compensation administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance across states.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience managing HR processes across multiple geographic locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
