About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural transformation. This role is pivotal in enabling growth through proactive HR interventions and change leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into HR initiatives, including workforce planning, succession, and capability building.
• Lead organizational development and change management projects that foster agility, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract high‑quality talent, especially in technology and cyber‑security functions.
• Drive talent review, leadership development, retention, and career progression frameworks.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across geographies, influencing decisions and ensuring seamless execution of HR programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic HR business partnering within dynamic, matrixed organizations.
• Proven expertise in organizational development, change management, and culture transformation.
• Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and leadership development, preferably in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities with senior leadership.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
