Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing head‑office team at Toram Creators, a knitwear manufacturer based in Tirupur. The role bridges leadership, employees and the factory HR function, helping shape a professional, performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on monthly KPI reviews and performance conversations.
• Analyse employee turnover drivers and implement retention actions.
• Act as liaison between management and the head‑office team, occasionally coordinating with factory HR.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for head‑office positions, including job description creation, sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Build and sustain a professional, performance‑oriented, human‑focused culture.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations: offer letters, contracts, confirmations, salary increments and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth HR processes.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions.
• Coordinate external training, certifications and development programmes.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 3–8 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong initiative are also considered.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into HR actions.
• Comfortable working in a tier‑2 city and engaging with both local staff and professionals from larger cities.
• Proactive mindset – willing to initiate improvements without being asked.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPI data and turnover trends.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of HR best practices for contracts, compensation and employee records.
• Ability to design and coordinate learning and development programmes.
