Human Resource Manager

About the role

Season Two, the senior care brand of SP Life Care, is looking for a Human Resource Manager to design and execute HR strategies that support its senior living homes and home‑care services across Kerala, Bangalore and Kochi. The role will foster a compassionate, service‑oriented workplace that aligns with the company’s values of empathy, respect and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract, hire and retain high‑quality talent for care, hospitality and administrative functions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, background checks and offer negotiations.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances promptly and organise engagement, wellness and team‑building initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programmes for caregiving, safety and customer service.
• Design performance evaluation systems, support managers with goal setting and coordinate annual appraisals, salary revisions and promotions.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Indian labour laws and maintain up‑to‑date employee handbooks and legal documentation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, performance management and HR compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in care, hospitality and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour regulations and HR best practices.
