TCY Learning Solutions is seeking a proactive Human Resource Manager to lead people‑focused initiatives, performance management, and data‑driven HR processes. The role combines talent acquisition, employee engagement, and the use of AI‑enabled tools to build a high‑performance culture in a fast‑paced EdTech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute HR initiatives that boost employee performance, engagement, and overall workplace experience.
• Own and maintain performance dashboards, HR metrics, and people‑analytics reports to support data‑driven decisions.
• Leverage AI, HR technology, automation, and digital tools to streamline HR workflows and improve the employee journey.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement performance‑management processes aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to address people‑related challenges and support organizational growth.
• Drive initiatives that foster collaboration, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in technology, EdTech, or fast‑growing startups.
• Strong background in performance management, HR analytics, and talent acquisition.
• Quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on turning data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working with HR dashboards, metrics, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Interest in applying AI, automation, and digital tools to modernize HR operations.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
