HR Specialist – Organizational Training & Talent Management

About the role

UPS is seeking an HR Specialist to support a wide range of human‑resources functions across the organization. The role focuses on delivering tactical solutions in training, performance management, health and safety, compensation, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor organizational training programs and performance management processes.
• Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits packages.
• Partner with talent acquisition teams to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Provide guidance on employee and labor relations matters, including conflict resolution.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent development strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multiple HR disciplines, preferably in a large, global organization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices in training, performance, compensation, and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and labor law basics.
