About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in the Uttar Pradesh, Delhi‑NCR region. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and recruiting top talent, managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with our hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Utilize sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media and networking events to attract candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment pipeline progress.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
