HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Dream Child Garbh Sanskar. The role will be based in Surat and will work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent for our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and coordinate the hiring process for multiple positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate job postings.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding activities and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating hires.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously and keep accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in education, wellness or healthcare sectors is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
• Competence in MS Office or similar productivity software.
