HR Recruiter – Salon & Wellness

About the role

Lyra Salon Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its growing beauty and wellness business in Kochi. You will work closely with salon leadership to attract, assess, and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, onboarding documentation, and new‑hire orientation.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in service, hospitality, or beauty/wellness sectors.
• Strong understanding of fair and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

• Proficiency with HR recruitment systems and tools.
• Ability to manage candidate relationships and stakeholder communication.
