HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist (0-3 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Ahmedabad. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both IT and non‑IT positions, building talent pipelines and supporting candidates through the selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Post job advertisements, manage job boards and ensure accurate job descriptions.
• Conduct reference checks, background verification and support offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers, clients and candidates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and staffing operations.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Well‑organized with the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
