HR Recruiter – Non‑IT Hiring (NGO/CSR focus)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑IT positions, with a focus on NGOs and CSR initiatives. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle for non‑IT roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct shortlists and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring timelines and requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in non‑IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
