HR Recruiter

About the role

Mitra Learn Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Recruiter to support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to three years of recruitment experience who are eager to build a career in HR and talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements for various positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial calls.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and follow‑up communications.
• Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Work towards recruitment and hiring targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines with a positive attitude.
