HR Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter with 1‑3 years of talent acquisition experience to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑ups and communicate feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support employee engagement activities and handle HR queries.
• Ensure timely hiring and build quality talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly autonomous, creative and able to work under defined timelines.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo or other ATS tools.
