HR Recruiter – Immediate Joiner – Noida (2-5 yrs Exp)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Noida office immediately. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Willingness to work from the Noida office.
