HR Recruiter – Fast‑paced Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for academic, corporate and operational positions. The role requires fast‑paced execution, meeting aggressive hiring targets while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Drive aggressive hiring across academic, corporate and operational roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates quickly and accurately.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Management or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably volume hiring.
• Proven ability to handle pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented and comfortable with tight deadlines.
