HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment for Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both site and head‑office positions within the construction sector. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring of engineers, supervisors, and various levels of manpower.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for site and office roles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on project requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with management and site teams.
• Facilitate candidate joining, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Support urgent manpower needs across multiple project sites.
• Collaborate with site/project managers for manpower planning and follow‑up with selected candidates until joining.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably within construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent staffing demands.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
