HR Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring for IT & Non-IT

About the role

EbizON is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both IT and non‑IT functions. You will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define role specifications and hiring plans.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job portals, professional networks and employee referrals.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and candidate databases for pipeline visibility.
• Ensure compliance with organisational recruitment policies and standards.
• Contribute to employer branding through a professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on recruitment experience covering both IT and non‑IT roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically JazzHR.
