HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring & Sales Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to lead bulk hiring initiatives, primarily focused on sales roles such as Admission Counsellors, Sales Executives, BDEs and Telesales. The role is based in our Gurgaon office and requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening and managing high‑volume recruitment pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Manage high‑volume candidate calling, follow‑ups and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS and track the hiring funnel.
• Handle offer rollout, candidate follow‑up and joining coordination.
• Work on targets and deliver consistent recruitment numbers.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in bulk and sales hiring.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and tight timelines.
• Familiarity with Naukri, ATS or HRMS platforms is preferred.
