HR Recruiter (0-3 yrs) – On-site in Noida

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle for a fast‑growing psychology and education company. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across multiple functions, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all open positions, from job posting to onboarding.
• Gather hiring requirements from various departments and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with department heads.
• Facilitate offer negotiations, prepare offer letters and ensure timely joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and generate regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for multiple or cross‑functional roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Ability to manage several requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with job portals and sourcing tools.
