HR Product Manager – Workday HCM

About the role

Join us as an HR Product Manager to shape Workday HCM strategy, roadmap and AI capabilities, delivering value for employees, managers and HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the Workday product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and measurable value.
• Evaluate, prioritize and govern bi‑annual releases, weekly updates and continuous deployments, ensuring readiness and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, change management, communications and training for release adoption.
• Identify and develop AI and Agent opportunities, building business cases and supporting responsible implementation.
• Define KPIs, track adoption and outcomes, and manage early‑adopter programs and pilots.
• Build partnerships across HR, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Security and Workday to influence future capabilities.

Required profile

• 6+ years managing HR technology or digital enterprise products.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and release governance.
• Practical understanding of AI applications within HR.
• Proven ability to evaluate and prioritize product capabilities based on business impact.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
