HR, People & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HR, People & Operations Manager to act as the right‑hand for our directors in India. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations of our Delhi and Chennai offices, lead recruitment, and shape the emerging team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administration for the Delhi and Chennai locations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Develop and nurture team culture as the organization scales, including future junior‑staff management.
• Coordinate closely with directors and the London office to ensure alignment and communication.
• Build industry relationships to strengthen talent pipelines in India.
• Support directors with local administrative and practical tasks.
• Continuously improve HR and office processes using dashboards, automations and AI tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HR, people, or operations.
• Experience in design, architecture, real estate or luxury sectors is a plus.
• Background in start‑ups or small teams, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Highly organized, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Desire to build a modern, non‑bureaucratic people function.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and SharePoint.
