HR Partner – Corporate HRP Team

About the role

The HR Partner in the IND Corporate HRP Team acts as a front‑line consultant for managers across the region, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations and performance management. Reporting to the HR leadership, the role supports a positive employee experience and helps drive consistent HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers through various channels (1:1s, meetings, training) to address disciplinary, performance improvement and grievance cases.
• Lead performance‑management processes, analyse trends and provide data‑driven recommendations to prevent recurring issues.
• Manage employee‑relations cases in coordination with the Employee Relations and Legal teams, ensuring compliance with local legislation across multiple countries.
• Deliver and enhance manager‑education programmes and training content in collaboration with Talent Development.
• Support people development initiatives, including career conversations, development plans and skill‑building opportunities.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for HR tools, processes and programs, championing Amazon’s culture and employee experience.
• Identify emerging HR needs and work with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (Benefits, Compensation, ER) to implement solutions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and local employment legislation.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior managers on complex people matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience analysing HR data and trends.
• Collaborative approach, working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence.
