HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Envalior, a new materials company combining DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join its commercial team in Pune. The role covers HR service requests, employee lifecycle administration, onboarding and SAP SuccessFactors administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries and tickets within SLAs using HR service management tools, give first-line guidance on HR policies and processes, and keep accurate case notes.
• Handle employee lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, data updates) in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding (documents, background checks, system setup), process new hire data in SAP SuccessFactors aligned with payroll cut-offs, prepare welcome materials and schedule inductions.
• Maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, monitor workflows and approvals, and support system testing, updates and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality with employee data.
• Ability to manage several priorities under tight deadlines, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
