HR Manager – Renewable Energy Business

About the role

The HR Manager (Renewable Business) leads human‑resources strategy and execution for a fast‑growing renewable‑energy division. The role partners closely with business leaders to ensure workforce readiness, enhance employee experience, and maintain statutory compliance across project and corporate sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for renewable projects, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Partner with project and corporate leaders to forecast manpower needs and align hiring plans with project timelines.
• Design and implement employee‑engagement initiatives, town‑halls, rewards programs and culture‑building activities.
• Oversee HR operations covering the full employee lifecycle, HRIS data accuracy, onboarding, exits and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and internal HR policies; manage timely statutory filings.
• Support performance‑management processes, including goal setting, mid‑year and annual reviews.
• Prepare and analyse HR MIS reports for leadership review, providing actionable insights.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage talent acquisition, employee engagement and HR operations at scale.
