HR Manager – Global People Operations & Talent Management

About the role

Atlas Systems is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead global people operations and employee experience for a workforce of around 300 across India, the US, Singapore and other locations. The role blends HR operations, talent management, performance oversight and HRMS administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits while maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, benefits administration and resolve related queries in partnership with Finance and payroll providers.
• Maintain employee data in BambooHR, drive system adoption and generate dashboards on headcount, attrition and performance.
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives, eNPS surveys, grievance handling and culture‑building activities.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, learning and development planning.
• Partner with business leaders, finance and global HR stakeholders to ensure timely HR service delivery and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including hands‑on operations and employee relations.
• Experience managing HR for a mid‑sized organization (200‑500 employees), preferably in IT services or technology.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS platforms, specifically BambooHR.
• Experience coordinating payroll, benefits and performance management processes.
• Ability to analyze HR data and produce people analytics reports.
